Billings Nursery & Landscaping began serving the greater Billings area in 1952 at 7900 South Frontage Road. Robert (Bob) Marble and his wife, Joanne, bought the business in December of 1968, wishing to move their family west to avoid the Detroit riots occurring at the time. Bob, having been involved in Arboriculture back in Michigan felt the nursery business was a natural fit. Along with their five children, they moved to enjoy the slower pace of life in Montana (or so they thought).
With hard work and dedicated long-time employees, Billings Nursery & Landscaping continued to grow. Bob and Joanne’s son, Richard took over management of the company in 1985.
The Reimer family bought Billings Nursery from the Marbles in the fall of 2023, excited to find such an opportunity and to take a well established nursery that was grown in excellence to the next level.
The Reimer’s know there is a desire for great trees and plants and the need is increasing as Billings continues to grow, The Reimer’s are excited to be working as a family in the great state of Montana.
