Tickseed(Coreopsis), Sunfire

Bushy, clump-forming, short-lived perennial boasting an abundance of brilliant golden-yellow, daisies adorned with burgundy red centers. Blooming for weeks from late spring to late summer, if spent flowers are regularly deadheaded, the charming blossoms sit atop upright stems and float above the neat foliage mound of finely divided foliage. Excellent for perennial borders, patio containers, and cottage gardens.
