Abundant single 1¼”magenta-pink (bright pinkish-red) blossoms stand out against reddish-purple, cutleaf foliage.
Has better summer color and appearance than most red-leaf crabapples.
Shows  good resistance to fireblight, cedar apple rust, and scab (good resistance to powdery mildew).
Red ¼” persistent fruits.
Considered one of the prettiest red-leafed crabapples.  #7 gallon
