‘Pendula’ is a dwarf, weeping, blue needled form that can be grown in a variety of different ways.
If staked, the branches will weep downward.
If unstaked, the branches will sprawl along the ground.
Staked forms are often grown to 6′ tall.
Unstaked forms typically rise to 1-2′ tall but trail along the ground to 8-10′ or more.  B&B 3/4′
